Before you start
Connect WordPress, check the project's timezone, and review the destination website. Enabling automatic publishing can send due articles to WordPress.
Configure the destination
- Open the project's Publishing page.
- Review Auto-publish to WordPress and enable it when you are ready for automatic delivery. This control saves when changed.
- Choose WordPress post status: Published, Draft, or Pending. Published makes the post live; Draft and Pending let you review it in WordPress.
- Review Default category and Create missing tags.
Set allowed times
Under Publishing schedule, select Add window, choose days and start/end times, then select Save schedule. The page displays the project's timezone. With no windows set, articles can run at any time on any day.
Expected result and troubleshooting
Due articles are handled according to the saved settings and available allowance. Turning off Auto-publish to WordPress stops automatic delivery; it does not remove existing WordPress posts. If the page says publishing is paused, resolve the displayed cause and use its resume control when available.
Check the corresponding WordPress post's status after the first delivery.
