Before you start
Sign in with the email associated with your Flow plan. Available billing controls depend on the type of license on your account.
Review allowances
- Open your account menu and select Credits.
- Review Daily publishing allowance and the current period information.
- Review Reward credits separately. Extra calendar slots show their credit cost before you add them.
- Open Billing to check Current plan and your licenses. Use the available plan-management controls if you need to make a change.
Update your profile
Choose Profile from the account menu to update profile details. Email-password accounts have password controls. For social sign-in, change your password through that provider's account settings.
Troubleshooting
If an allowance has not appeared, check whether the billing period is active and confirm the signed-in email. Do not assume reward credits and the daily publishing allowance are interchangeable. If a purchase is missing, contact support with the account email and purchase reference before buying again.
