Before you start
Have a writing request or text you want help with. Choose a project first if the conversation should use its context.
Work through a request
- Open Chat.
- Review the project, writing style, and Standard or Enhanced controls before sending your request.
- Describe the output, audience, and constraints in the message box, then select Send.
- If WordHero asks a question, choose an answer or use Other. For a question with multiple selections, select Continue after choosing.
- Use Skip to skip a question or Write it now when you want WordHero to proceed with the information already supplied.
- Review the response and use its copy control to take the text elsewhere.
Expected result
The response appears in the conversation. Follow-up messages let you request changes without starting from scratch.
Troubleshooting
Use Stop to stop the current response. If Retry appears after a failed response, use it to try again. If the conversation reaches its message limit, begin another conversation and include the relevant context.
