Manage credits, billing, and your account

Check image credits, plan details, profile settings, and caption preferences.

Before you start

Sign in with the email associated with your DrawThis plan. The available billing actions depend on your license.

Review your balance

  1. Check Available credits in the sidebar.
  2. Open the account menu and choose Credits or Billing. Both lead to billing information.
  3. Review Credit balance, Plan, and Usage for this billing period.
  4. Use the displayed plan-management controls when needed. Review prices and terms before confirming changes.

Update preferences and profile

Open Profile from the account menu for your personal details and password controls. Open Settings under Setup to change Caption Tone for new generated images. Wait for Caption tone saved before leaving.

Troubleshooting

If generation says credits are insufficient, compare the tool's displayed cost with the current balance. Do not assume every tool uses the same amount. If pricing is temporarily unavailable, your existing plan and credits remain available as shown. For an unexpected balance, contact support with the account email, tool, time, and error message.
