Before you start
Keep the affected page open and note its message. Copy any unsaved writing before refreshing.
Check the relevant workflow
- Quick Create is blocked: complete the input named in the error and check the selected quality against Credits.
- Some variations failed: keep the successful results and choose Retry failed variations.
- An article paused: reopen the existing entry in Articles and use its retry control. Do not start a second article just to recover saved progress.
- An AI edit cannot be accepted: the original selection may have changed. Select the current text and request the revision again.
- Saving failed: copy your latest changes before reloading. Reopen the saved item to check what persisted.
- Saved work is missing: check the account email, v1 versus v2, and Recent versus Canvases.
Expected result
You either resume the existing work or identify the specific step that needs support.
Contact support
Include the page URL, tool or article title, approximate time, and exact error message. For shared content, include whether you are its author or a collaborator. Exclude passwords and private source material that is not needed to explain the issue.
