Manage credits, billing, and your account

Find usage allowances, plan controls, profile details, and password settings.

Before you start

Sign in with the email associated with your WordHero purchase. Available controls depend on your account and plan.

Review usage and billing

  1. Open your name in the sidebar and select Credits.
  2. Review the writing and image allowances and any reset information shown. Enhanced writing capacity and Image credits are separate allowances.
  3. Open Billing to review Current plan and Current usage.
  4. Use the available subscription or upgrade controls when you need to manage that plan. Review the price and terms before confirming a purchase.

Update your account

Choose Account from the same menu to edit profile details. Password controls are available for email-password accounts; social sign-in passwords are managed with the sign-in provider.

Troubleshooting

After checkout, plan details may take time to appear while payment is confirmed. Confirm that you are using the same account before making another purchase. If your allowance is unexpected, report the account email, selected feature, and displayed message to support; do not send your password or payment-card details.
